Long Time No POST!

Wow it's been a long time since I posted. I'm in the process of making a website so I've been getting a bunch of pictures together to put on there so I decided I could share some on here that I took over the summer since it's been so long.

Megan was gorgeous. I loved the ring pop shots.

We did a bunch of jumping shots too. She was such a good sport.

This is my sister. She looked like a completely different person!

Earth Wind and Fire and Chicago

Again back in June my mom took me to the Earth Wind and Fire and Chicago concert. It was a really fun night with great music. This was my little sony again but I still wanted to share some of the pictures.

This guy is my absolute favorite. He is so energetic and jumps up and down the whole concert.

Earth Wind and Fire had these blacklight drums that they played. It was a really cool part of the concert.

I loved these drums and the decoration on them.

My absolute favorite picture of the night. This was the final set of the night with both bands together and they had a sheer fabric up before they revealed them.

The New Kids On The Block Concert

Back in early June my sister and I went to see New Kids On The Block when they came to Atlanta. It was an absolutely amazing concert. Those guys are true performers. I only had my little sony cybershot with me but I loved some of the images I captured with it so I decided to share...

This was towards the end of the concert. I loved the dramatic lighting.

I love the lighting at concerts but I love that I captured the craziness of it on Jordan's shoulders.

I love this shot. I love how the black background surrounds Danny but also that he's almost fading into it.

There was one point in the concert where the guys came out into the audience and I was lucky enough to be about 3 rows back from where they were.

I love the blue background but also how Joey's making the peace symbol and then so is the girl in front of him.

It was a great great GREAT night.:)

A Portrait Session

When we went to the beach my uncle asked me if I would take some portraits of him so he could have something to use for his website. He's a graphic designer and he does some photography too so we always have art work to show each other when we get to the beach. Anyways here are some of my favorite shots from our little portrait session.

One of my favorites. I was trying to position myself to miss as much of the scattered umbrellas in the background as possible and he was just looking down at something and I happened to look up and catch this just at the right moment.

Haven't posted in a long time, many shoots since then so lots of pictures to come soon! Hope everyone is well!

Night Shots

This was the first year I went around and took night shots on the island. I loved going around seeing all the night life of the local and travelers out. Some of the shots from the pier were my favorite because there's almost a creepy feel to them. Especially the one of the door.

We actually went through the door and then on the way back out it was closed and for a few minutes I thought we were going to be locked in. haha

I love this shot because you can definitely tell this place was closing down if not already closed down.

These light shots are some of my favorite to take. Every time I get the chance I take them. I had a ton more that I shot but I tried to limit myself on here:)

I love love LOVE that I captured the car lights in this picture. I also love how the palm tree on the left has its own light.

The Beach:)

My family takes a beach trip every year and every year I bring my camera but this year I went out of my way to find things to take pictures of so I would have stuff for my portfolio. Here's a collection of some of the things I took.

This guy had set up all these cool flags(you'll see another one later) so my uncle and I went down to take pictures of them. They were so beautiful blowing in the wind.

As I was walking down the beach I saw this little piece of yellow coral. I thought it was so pretty stuck between all the brown sand.

My cousin just had a baby and he was the most precious thing!

When my family was fishing they caught a baby shark and my uncle pretended to eat it. Haha we love to joke around but I was seriously scared for a minute when the shark started squirming around.
