The Cruise of 2009

I went on a cruise this past spring break and decided some of those pictures were worthy of putting up here. I love cruise ships because there's always so much going on which presents so many opportunities to take pictures. I probably took more pictures than anything else on that cruise but I loved doing it so that's what counts right?

Well this will be the first of many light pictures. Cruise ships are the best.

Dunn's River Falls. My crazy ability to not really take a straight picture shows through in this one. :)

I love this shot of Lindsey. We were all just walking through one of those shops on the side of the road and this woman was trying to talk us into buying one of these wraps that can "turn into 47 other dresses!". Guess who fell for it? Me of course.

We tried to get some sunset portraits and this was my favorite one that turned out even if their hair is blowing like crazy in the wind.

I know this picture is so so blue but I just can't help the fact that I like it a lot. I don't know if it's the creepy blue light or what but it's a favorite for sure.

Beautiful lights. Lights are one of my favorite things to take pictures of besides people and they are also one of my favorite things about cruise ships.

I took this photograph at an angle and when I was taking it I didn't even notice that there was a man in the bottom left corner but I love that I captured him through a window as well as the stairs.

This was during the deck party. I stood on the upper deck and got pictures because I loved the way the lights were all different colors and how they were shinning on the people.

These were the stairs leading into the theater. I took some that were in focus but I think this one was my favorite because it was something I wasn't expecting when I took it.

This is my absolute favorite. I love this one because of the timing I think. Twilight is a beautiful time to take pictures and to catch the other lights. I just love that time of day.

Check back for more to come!
